Paper Mosaic - Creating paper mosaics with your child is an opportunity to introduce him/her to an art form that has been around for centuries. It also can help reinforce fine motor skills and color identification for kids learning their colors. Encourage your child to get creative and make his/her own design.
Teachers help students apply concepts, such as math, English, and science through classroom instruction and presentations. They prepare lessons, grade papers, manage the classroom, meet with parents, and work closely with school staff. Although standing in front of the classroom is a huge part of a teacher’s responsibilities, they extend far beyond that into the lives of their students, their students’ families, and their community. Some teachers may help a student-in-need after class, attend PTA meetings, and cheer on the school’s football team on the weekend. Teachers do so much, but most importantly, they motivate, inspire, and lead.
Complete the activities in this box. Then, use the supplies to teach what you have learned to someone else. Use your chalkboard to demonstrate the concepts.
