What age range is appropriate for your boxes and bags?
  Age range will vary for each Kidable. Please check the product description for a suggested age range. We suggest 3 – 6 years old for the Little Thinker Box and 3 10 years old for DoodleBug Busy Bags. All children are different, so some children will need more parental supervision than others.
How long will each Kidable be available on your website?
  That will depend on the demand and the availability of the included material.
What will my child learn from your boxes?
  Each box is centered around a theme that we encourage kids to explore using hands-on activities. Themes are thoroughly researched, and we solicit input from educators, experts, parents, and kids to ensure that all boxes meet our 3-E Rule – all boxes must be enriching, engaging, and entertaining.
Can my child do all the activities in your boxes and bags by himself/herself?
  We list a suggested age range for each box in the product description. All children are different, so some children will need more parental supervision than others. We encourage parents to review all products.
How often do you create new boxes and bags?
  Kidables are created periodically. A new Little Thinker Box and DoodleBug Busy Bag is released every month. Customers following Kidable Adventures through social media and our newsletter will receive notices informing them of new products.
When will my credit card be charged for the DoodleBug Busy Bag monthly/recurring subscription?
  When you sign up for the monthly subscription, you will be billed for your first DoodleBug Busy Bag immediately. After that, you will be billed around the 1st of every month.

During check out, you will see a box that allows you to save your card info to our system for ease of checkout. Please ensure that this box is checked. This will allow us to charge you every month for the subscription.

How do I cancel my monthly DoodleBug Busy Bag subscription?
 

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@kidableadventures.com. We cannot process returns after your credit card has been charged for an upcoming bag, so if you need to cancel, please cancel a few days before the 1st.

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top and bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service at support@kidableadventures.com for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top and bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
