Has my order shipped?
 
For Kidables, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.


DoodleBug Busy Bags ship the first week of every month (between 1st - 8th) with an estimated 5-7 business days for delivery (6-10 business days for international orders).


Little Thinker Boxes ship the third week of every month. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for these to arrive (6-10 business days for international orders).


Once your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number.


As long as you are a subscriber (
DoodleBug Busy Bags and Little Thinker Boxes), your order will remain in the processing status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Once your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number.
My order never arrived.

An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please contact customer service at support@kidableadventures.com for assistance.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at support@kidableadventures.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.
My product is missing parts.
  Please contact customer service for assistance at support@kidableadventures.com.
